What are some of the spring story lines and position battles you are all following?
One for me is the St. Louis OF, and whether or not Taveras can crack the Opening Day lineup.
Another is how Billy Hamilton hits for Cincy. I'll probably check the Reds boxscore every day.

I've always been fond of Peter Bourjos, just can't stay healthy. Does that leave it to between Jon jay and Taveras? I am not a believe in Billy Hamilton's bat atm, use him just like last year, the permanent pinch runner. Adds a whole new element to the game when he gets on base.
I'm excited to see the dodgers mega outfield. How do you manage 4 potential all star players? IMO Ethier has got to go, but who will take that nice big salary???

The Dodgers OF should be very intriguing to watch. I would also agree that Ethier seems like the odd man out. Thinking of a match, I could see the Orioles, Mariners, or possibly the Reds if Hamilton struggles mightily this spring.
Speaking of Hamilton I see him in a platoon by the end of April, and pinch running every single day he doesn’t start. Which could still equate to 70 steals, easily. It is insane how fast that guy is. Speed/stolen bases is still my favorite aspect of baseball to watch. Nothing makes the game more exciting than someone like Hamilton standing on 1B, in my opinion.
