There seems to be a general consensus that waiver claims should be limited in order to prevent SP streaming. This can either be done weekly or yearly, I believe.

I still say up the annual fee and that covers all the moves and dues. Then a total cap on the moves for whole year..I make 100 moves week 1....oh well NO MORE MOVES I REACHED MY LIMIT!

I like some limit and it has worked well in other leagues I have been in. In addition, a 10 player bench should really limit the need for lots of add-drops.
If there is a limit, there should be some waiver on the zero points for having an injured player on the bench. For instance, if on Friday I have an injury and have already made my 3 moves, I should not be subject to losing all my weekend points for an illegal lineup.

You can keep an injured player on your active roster and keep it valid/legal.

Looks like this poll is wrapped up. There will be a maximum of three waiver claims per week, and the league constitution will be amended appropriately.

You can make them at any point during the week. You can make all three claims on Monday, or wait until Saturday night to make them. They do not carry over to the next week. Think standard sick-days, and not PTO. If you don't use it, you lose it.
