I have been kicking around the idea of changing the OF's to LF, CF, RF and 2 OFs. Previously this was not on option on CBS, and I even emailed them last week about it, and was told sorry, too bad. Lo and behold, with the new version of CBS it is a possibility.
I think it would give it a bit more realistic of a feel, as well as add a touch more strategy to drafting. What do you all think?

I like the LF, CF, RF option. The league I had introduced it last year and it introduced a little more trading.
Related to that, of course, I have 4 CF that have some keep value. With the LF, CF, RF option I may be looking to trade already.

I see the more realistic aspect of it, but I guess my question is will it acutally matter? Lots of times double switches or defensive replacements will send an OF from left to right or vice versa often over the course of the season. If the requirement is 1 gm. played then eventually wouldn't all the OF be eligible at each position?
I voted for the 5 OF option.

The games played requirement is actually 10 games. It is only set to one until after the draft. Otherwise any player who failed to play 10 games at any position in 2010 will not be listed in the draft room.
In fact I may actually change it to CBS' primary position listing until after the draft, otherwise players who have not played an MLB game won't show up either.
Just keep in mind - once the season starts the eligibility requirements will go back to 10 games.
