The 3-round minors draft will happen this year. The full details will be available when the updated constitution is rolled out.
Would you prefer to hold that 3 round draft immediately after the 35 round draft on 3/26, or would you rather hold the minor league draft a day or two later - say Monday evening 3/28?

Monday Mar 28th is ok with me as long as we can do it no later than 10:00 PM here in the east coast. It's only 3 rounds so it shouldn't take too long anyway.

I would prefer simply having it after the regular draft. I already have that time reserved, and don't have to split with other stuff.

Has any decision been made as to the Minor League draft? Will it be part of the regular draft?
Also, how does the minor league work. I know the players have to qualify as rookies (i.e. either never in minors or only small number of AB/IP). Does it matter whether the player is part of the opening day roster? If they are on the MLB opening day roster, can they still be in the minors or do they automatically get promoted. Also, if they are promoted mid-year, do they need promoted from the fantasy minor leagues.
Looking forward to this portion of the draft also.

Sorry for the delay, I just noticed your post.
We will do the minors draft as a seperate draft, beginning Saturday night via email and/or this forum.
If a player you draft in the minors draft is on the opening day roster of an MLB team, he is automatically promoted to your reserves. If he gets called up midseason, even on day 2, you can keep him in your minors all year if you wish, and he would be bumped to your reserves prior to next season (unless he doesn't amass enough ab/ip to lose rookie eligibility).
