I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but I noticed that some teams were not paid up by certain deadlines. The rules stated that there would be penalties for such oversights. I don't believe that these were enforced. What can we do to for 2013 to get these dues paid up on time?
How can we get paid sooner after the playoffs are finished? I don't necessarily want to run the finances, but would be willing to run them to get guys paid with in a reasonable time. Thanks and have a happy holidays.
