The minors roster is currently 5 spots after being increased 2 years ago. Note that similar to changes in budget, any changes in minors roster would be implemented in 2017 since rule would have affected minors trades and keepers during 2015 season.

I would be in favor of expanding minors rosters, if we can figure out a way to eliminate the need to monitor minors rosters. Perhaps implementing the restriction to allow only players actually in the minors, per CBS designation, to be on the Denny's minors roster. Another thought for another day. As the rules are currently constructed, I prefer to remain at 5 minors players.
