Currently the consolation bracket has a non-standard seeding and is reseeded each round. There has been request to revise playoff brackets to a more conventional breakdown with 1 playing 8, 2 playing 7, etc. In addition winners assigned to play based on initial standings instead of reseeding. (i.e. should it be like the NCAA basketball tourney).
